How secure is your software?

We securely host your telephony system in the cloud within our geographically resilient UK tier 3 data centres. All data and voice traffic between users and the telephony platform is encrypted to the latest TLS standards. Our commitment to security is demonstrated through our ISO 27001 accreditation and PCI-DSS Tier 1 Service Provider status, offering you the assurance that your data is consistently protected. Health24 is directly and resiliently connected to the HSCN, allowing us to deliver your service seamlessly over your existing HSCN connection or, alternatively, over the internet.

How easy is your system to use?

We have designed our system with our customers in mind. It’s completely user friendly and made to be used by those who may not have any technical background. We provide full training, and our friendly UK based Support team is always on hand to help if you have any issues, available 365 days a year, 24 hours a day.

Can I make changes to the system myself?

Absolutely, our user friendly administration tool is designed to be used by all, without the need for technical expertise. We believe in giving our customers the power to access, create and make changes themselves as and when you need to. If you get stuck, our customer service team is always available to help.

What hardware do we need?

None, our system has a built in ‘softphone’ meaning you no longer need a physical phone.
